About Me
I am Jen and I am passionate about counselling, its effectiveness and the healing nature it can bring.
I have learnt through personal experience and my own use of counselling how to successfully navigate complex relationships.
I have over 15 years experience of working with charities and have helped hundreds of individuals by supporting them through their challenging relationships.
I know the importance of understanding why problems may exist and how to address these by building healthier communication.
I offer a non-judgmental approach where you can explore, grow and make choices with confidence.
I understand the impact of broken partnerships, feelings of low self-worth, bruised confidence, low self-esteem and how a lack of trust brings doubt.
My experience offers me insight into your problems in your relationships.
I have helped my clients to take an in-depth view of their relationships, gain an understanding of their communication style and recognise their own needs in a partner / friend.
I have supported my clients to work through relationship breakdowns, to make good decisions to either recover, repair or sometimes to step away.
I am a warm and friendly qualified accredited counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I am fully insured. I trained at Wealden Institute as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor.
I offer sessions from my therapy room in Eastbourne, East Sussex and support clients via Google Meet Worldwide.

Your sessions will be led at your pace to your agenda, I will be alongside you.
Our relationship is key to our work together, therefore I offer you a complementary 30 minute consultation in which you can tell me about yourself and we will ensure we are a good match. Following this, we will work together for 50 minute sessions, on a weekly basis, either short term (6 - 12 weeks) or longer term. We will review our work together after 6 sessions and ensure we continue to work towards your goals.
We will agree a mutually convenient day and time for the sessions and agree a contract of work with your goals in mind.
