During the Covid-19 pandemic I am offering online (via Zoom) and telephone sessions.
I offer a warm, empathic, therapeutic relationship and a safe space to explore your inner thoughts, feelings and behaviours. You can be reassured that I am non-judgmental and confidential.
I believe in the humanistic approach, in which you are the expert on yourself and have the ability to grow and reach your full potential. I believe you have the answers to your difficulties within you and we will explore them together. With my Integrative approach I use a blend of Person Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis (TA) theories.
I will be alongside you as you lead the sessions at your own pace. I will listen empathically and attune to you from your own perspective and life experience.
Our relationship is key to our work together, therefore I offer you a free no-obligation 40 minute session in which we will discuss your goals to ensure I am the right person to work with you on your journey. I will gain some understanding of what brings you to counselling now and what you hope to achieve.
Following this, we will work together for 50 minute sessions, on a weekly basis, either short term (6 - 12 weeks) or longer term. We will review our work together after 6 sessions and ensure we continue to work towards your goals. We will agree a mutually convenient day and time for the sessions and agree a contract of work with your goals in mind.
